5000 rupees (around 50 euros) just to get started is to much dude. Pakis like free-stuff as in free-for-life, give your dreams a rest – now one is going to pay.

I partly agree with you with respect to the trust building factor, however as far as the Internet usage is concerned, the number are pretty healthy and many web based businesses are doing well online. Websites like sentimentsexpress.com, libertybooks.com and also Airblue are to name a few. Bringing people to the website of course requires a solid marketing strategy, but then that is same for offline businesses as well.

Well your idea is not bad but the question is how we get people into this site. I mean if we consider pakistan, few people out of the whole country are using internet. how about all other?? As well as the real estate business is concerned, its mostly done face to face basis. i think no will going to trust anyone becoz it includes high amount of money?? what you say??
