Live.com is undergoing a major search engine update as of now. I just reviewed the results quickly and as always, I am dissappointed. Same ole crap again. So the formula to rank high on MSN Live seems to be

1. Keyword in Title
2. Keyword in Meta Tags
3. Keyword in URL ( a killer factor in MSN)
4. Anchor Links with Keywords.
