Avoid this company like the plague. I am shell shocked by the service I have received from this company. I have used other gift sending companies in the past and have been content with the service I received, however I decided to try a new company to send a gift to my fiance in Pakistan for Valentines day. I ordered enough days in advance so to avoid any delays however on the 14th upon speaking to my fiance I heard that nothing had been received and so I decided to call them to find out what was going on. The guy on the other side did not have a clue and fobbed me off by saying call later when someone more clued up willl be able to help me. When I called later no one would answer the phone. Having no option I sent them an email and 24hours later have still not heard from them and my fiance has still not received anything, although its too late now anyway. All in all the worse service I have ever receieved by any company and I can only assume that the whole thing is being run by a bunch of half wits
